Rather than waiting for a problem to reach the phone, Dex flags the exceptions and issues that actually need attention — before they turn into a customer call.

Dex is the first release in what Princeton TMX calls Load Intelligence, a capability that turns the load audit data already flowing through the TMS into answers shippers can act on. It is live today, with more Dex functionality releasing throughout the year.
